CSAH and HNCA formally Signed Contract

On September 24, 2012, HNCA and China Southern Air holding Company (CSAH) signed a joint venture contract to jointly establish China Southern Airlines Henan Airlines Co.,Ltd. Guo Gengmao, the deputy secretary and governor of Henan Province, Zhang Dawei, the vice governor of Henan Province, Si Xianmin, the executive manager of CSAH and President of China Southern Airlines Co., Ltd., and Tan Wangeng, the Executive Manager of China Southern Airlines attended the signing ceremony. Zhang Dawei and Tan Wan’geng gave speeches respectively on the ceremony. Zhang Mingchao, the Chairman of HNCA, and Xu Jiebo, the executive director and deputy general manager of CSAH, representing the two sides of the cooperation, signed the joint venture contract.
